Ryan prepared himself in his office awaiting the arrival of the volunteer to fight the bandits in the mountains, Achilles. 'He should be here soon' he thought to himself.
Walking out of his room downstairs to the arrival hall otherwise known as the greeting room, Ryan sat down in a chair to wait because he had nothing else to do, until this man or woman came.

Sometimes, being a tall, sturdy man, dressed in awkward cloths that made eyes shift, black boots, gloves and pants, heaving around a large decorated black sheathed blade meant bad things to Achilles.
Most of the time bad things to Achilles meant being poked around and searched by guards. Or bothered by people by his looks/blade/something to that extent.
Oh yeah. That was the common "bad thing" to Achilles, mainly because it was annoying as heck and, at times, Achilles tended to have very LOW patience.
And when Achilles's patience exploded from annoyance, well.. Achilles J. Kenersina stopped being Achilles J. Kenersina and became... something else.
This was kind of one of those, "I-swear-I'm-going-to-rip-your-heads-off-and-mutilate-you-bit-by-bit-if-you-don't-leave-me-alone" kind of moment to him. Still, he "beared" with every guard that just HAPPEN to be around the corner, that just HAPPEN to know exactly what annoyed him, that just HAPPEN to standing in his way; mainly by considering the fact that this palace would be in an uproar soon when Zelda got kidnapped. Then the guards wouldn't bug a single person. Hopefully, anyway. They'd probably all be dead. And, you know, your vocal cords kind of stopped working when you die. Most of the time anyway. Zombies and stuff still made groaning noises but they couldn't talk. And most zombies/undeads/whatever were easy to deal with; zombie can't bite you with no head now can it?
But still, he continued onwards towards the meeting room. His blade was strapped to his back, having a mildly ticked expression upon his face. Another guard stopped him. He sighed in his mind.
"Excuse me, these grounds are off limits.. You're going to have to come with me."
Achilles's expression grew more annoyed, and he crossed his arms. "Don't think so."
"Ex..cuse me?"
"I got called here. Ryan wants to see me."
"We've only been informed that the one named Achilles is to get through--"
"Uh, yeah. Duh. Me. Now are you going to let me through or am I going to have to deal with you, in a more... violent matter?"
The guard blinked. Achilles could see a bit of anger and embarressment in his eyes, and he moved aside. Achilles unfolded his arms and glanced at the guard, untill he left sight.
Again, same convo. and problem with a guard right around the corner. Eventually, he felt like whipping out his weapon and just dealing with them via a violent matter, but he resisted.
Eventually, he made it to the arrival/greeting hall/room. He cracked the door open, and eyed him over, taking a seat in the opposite chair from Ryan and crossing his arms and legs, seemly boredly. Achilles had to admit, he was rather eager to fight these so called "fearsome" bandits. Fearsome. Pah. See how fearsome they are when Achilles got ahold of 'em. "Okay, so.."

Ryan stood up realizing that this man was Achilles. Taking two quick strides forward he extended his hand to shake and said politely...
"Achilles? I'm Captain Ryan Claevin. I am in charge of the Guard of Hyrule Castle. Are you ready to go and dispose of the problem of bandits? I must admit, I haven't had practice with any weapon for quite some time now but I need the excercise and I would also like to practice up my skills with weaponry, considering I am a captain of the guard at a castle. So, ready to go?"

Achilles smirked, immediately swiping his blade up and getting up,. Sliding to the side, he nodded. "Bring it on."

'Well, this one's an eager beaver. Might want to think of making him part of the Royal Guard...little fiesty though...hmmm..' Ryan thought to himself.
"Well, let's go! Oh, and we have two horses that have been readied for us. They are waiting outside. Just to make our journey shorter horses are the way to go."
Ryan walked out and put on his brown cloak so as to avoid any followers of any sort who might be trying to get a ransom on the Captain of the Royal Guard. Ryan smiled to himself. Ryan lifted himself up onto his horse then waited for Achilles.

((Again, sry for the late reply, my parents are gone so I should be able to reply to SOME RPs i havent yet today, if not then tomorrow cuz daddy and mummy are going up to the airport))
Achilles rose an eyebrow. He had his own horse, but he thought it might be better to leave him be for the night. He just simply followed and mounted his. It gave him a hard time; though he just ignored it. He just turned to Ryan, nodding. It meant he was ready.
