**The room is lit only by a candle in the middle of the small room. The roof comes down on both sides to make the room a triangle. There are a few comfortable looking chairs in the room. There is a sign on the table that says** "Relax and have fun"

Kimnas walked up the stairs into the room. He saw an open chair and sat down.
"Anyone up here?" he said

((*sticks a candle to this thread and hopes it'll come back to life. ;D*))
Zin grumbled. She started to stroke Xino, who was perched on her two fingers lightly with her other hand. The people down stairs had been mean to poor Xinoehp, and now she was ruffling out her feathers, sqwaking annoyingling. She moved up here, where she hoped they wouldn't disturb her. She had her staff strapped to her back, and people bugged her about her dragon-clawed staff too. "S'alright, Xino, no one's gonna bother us anymore." Xino looked up at her with her beady eyes and sqwaked softy. Zin rose her back up to her shoulders, where she perched.
ZIn looked up a moment then froze, face and heart dropping at the sight of someone up here. "Oh, my. I'm sorry. I thought no one was up here.. I'll just.. leave."
Xino stared at her, then bit her ear as she turned around.

Kimnas quickly spoke...
"No, please don't leave. I was saying so as to hope for someone to talk to. So, what's your name, and where do you come from? I'm Kimnas by the way..."

"Oh.. Okay.." Zin turned back around. She walked over to him, and sat in a chair near him. Xino ruffled her feathers lightly, eyeing Kimnas over a few times. "My name's Zinroth. Or Zinny. This here's my friend, Xinoehp, or Xino." Xino cawed loudly, as in a sort of "hello" but kept her guard up, still watching Kimnas. "I happen to travel around a lot. I got chased out of my town when they came and invaded our homes. All I really know is that my mother gave me this staff.." She looked back at the staff on her back. "...and that they went missing when the village was burnt down. Most likely they burnt with the flames.."
