As Krone walked through the only city in this desert he loooked around at how bad it was. Sand everywhere. Poverty was everywhere and the people were covered in sand just like everything else. Constant sandstorms battered the city. At least orcs wouldn't. Krone walked into the only place with a door, which was the only place where sand was not everywhere. The pub. " Bartender. Drink." he said

Gwydion entered the pub, dusting himself off from the recent sandstorm. He asked the bartender for anything cool and liquid. Gwy then went and sat down at a chair far away from the door or any windows. He did not want the heat of the sun to affect him for a while.

((Hope no one minds me being a gryphon pretending to be a statue, and a dragon in a human's form.. ^^;; ))
A cloaked man sat at the bar, sipping a glass of water. His eyes remain the same in any form; a yellow-ish orange-ish.. slighly slitted in any form but his main form. Black, silk-like hair ran down to his lower back over his black trenchcoat, jeans, and shirt; whatever form he was in, his "outer layings" (IE humans=cloths, foxes, wolves, cats, etc.=fur, birds would be feathers, and everything like that) would normally be black; had to be. His "nails" also curved, like claws; but that could be hidden up without a problem. It was mainly the eyes that would tell them.. "More water." Wine, beer, or anything achoholic would mess up transforming back.. He glanced up at the clock. At the next hour he had to go out, a bit away, shift back into a dragon, and then shift back; if he didn't shift ever 2 hours, he'd be stuck in the form he was currently in. And he hated humans, and he hated being ONE of them; humans were disgusting to him. My, how he hated them so.. killing the earth, reproducing insanely, killing off animals just to feed THEM.. everything like that. It was because of them that he no longer HAD a comfort. But, he had to do; at least until he got back to the caves in the mountains, where him, and a "friend" lived away from the scowdrels they called "humanity." ~*~ Cyrn sat, still as a statue, in the shadows in the alleyway beside the bar, just barely breathing; obviously, she was pretending to be a statue beside the bar, trying not to attract people. Her eyes watched closely, yet, oh so stilly, at the humans running back into their houses. She didn't like humans very much.. but she'd go among them sometimes.
Of course someone ran by with a shiny metal bat and she shrilled in her mind.
Shiny shiny?! SHINYYYYY!!
Cyrn liked shiny things.. and sparkly rocks. And the stars, and all that; it just fascinated her that, she, of all people, and the world, were just one part of something MUCH greater, MUCH more worthy.. they were just a puzzle piece to tie it all together. It just astonded her in a way that could not be explained..
But night wasn't creeping; at least, not yet. It would be a while; and she had to be this dreaded "statue" until night came, because she blended in oh so easily with darkness, plus the stars, moon.. everything like that..
Why can't it all come faster..

Ragoth walked over to Gwy.
" Why hello friend. How are you? Enoguh talk. Did you noticed that statue out there. At least I think it's a statue. I've been watching it and I have seen it blink, even ruffle wings." he said

((This might be a little confusing, just ask me if you don't get anything, okay?))
Shai continued to sip his drink. He then turned his eyes towards them, then away and back down. "Statue? You think that thing is a statue..?" He sighed a moment. Humans were always idiotic. '"It is no--"
But he stopped.
Shai, stop.
Shai: Why should I, Cyrn?
Cyrn: Because you know I know WHAT you really are.
Shai growled, then tightly clenched his cup.
S: Why would THAT matter?
C: Because.. because, if you do not, I will tell everyone.,
S: You're bluffing.
C: Try me.
S: That'd blow YOUR cover. And who said they'd believe you, anyway?
C: Humans believe anything you tell them. Plus I can get them to follow you when you have to morph back. And I suggest you look at the time. It'd be easy for me to fly away; you know how wind-tolerant we are, among speed and other things. It'd be harder for you.
Shai growled, then immediately got up. Despite how much he hated to admit it, she was right. "Nevermind."
((Will edit later. Too ticked off at parents and Kevin and life in general to add more.))

Gwydion looked at the mysterious human. He had been using his telepathy to listen to Shai's thoughts. His mind was puzzled...'who was he talking to?'
"Well...that was interesting." Gwy said to Ragoth.

[glow=black,2,300]Hey Ragoth, just a friendly reminder, I'm Gwydion in Lodon Tur is M.E. thanks. -no offense taken- lol[/glow] Gwy turned in his chair and looked at where Ragoth had been looking. He began to stare at it and tried to listen to it's thoughts if it had any. A few muffled words came to his mind...'So it IS alive! My goodness....what is it?' he said to himself."Ragoth...you're right, it's alive and...it thinks." Gwy whispered to Ragoth.

Shai stormed out the door. He took one last glance at the clock and frowned. Guess I'll run.
Yeah, you better run, Shai.
Shut up, Cyrn. Oh, yeah, by the way, you've been discovered.
?! What the Crap?!
Slamming the door open he started off; a mild pace, then a fast walk, then into an abnorm-for-a-human type of run, pulling his cloths tighter up against his body, trying to protect against the sand, it seems. Stupid desert.
To many people, he was either extremely brave or extremely stupid to go out THERE while the winds were like that. For that reason, he got several glances, an utter or two of disgrief, and over-all weird stares as he exited the city.
((I personally think it'd be better if someone followed him. But no one has to.))
Cyrn groaned. Within half a second, knowing she'd been discovered, and would probably have people chase her down, she jolted backwards, running into the space behind her and behind the pub and stuff; the buildings blocked the sun, so very little light got into the back-ways. Her paws left little scritch-scratchs, like cat's claws, where she was standing and suddenly jolted off.

As it was runing away and flying away krone ran out the pub and saw it. He quickly loaded his bow and shot an arrow right into the beast.

"No Ragoth!" Gwydion said, but was too late. The deed had been done.
Gwy ran out the front door and saw in what way the people were pointing and talking, then he began running after them, pulling his hood over his face and only running in the direction he knew the creature had gone.

((Just to make it clear I'm -not- flying; Krono just thought I did. I just ran really really super-duperly fast into the back alley.. because she blends. o-O;; But if we want to believe that his character THOUGHT that she DID fly, then that's acceptable. I have no regard against that XP))
Cyrn shrilled lightly. Turning her eyes back, they flashed a sudden red. A pure red. "Brisingr!"
The ground below the arrow.. and the over-all arrow itself.. suddenly "shrilled." The ground cracked across the alley; and burst up into flames. As the arrow would pass through it, it would more-than-likely get burnt to a crisp. Even had it not, it'd be in flames a millisecond after escaping.
The flames would last until she was gone. Murders! She hissed in her mind. Turning around, she darted off again.

Gwy felt as though he was caching up with the creature but he still could not figure out what it was. He began to speed himself up by telekinesis, throwing himself forward in a way. He was making out the form a little more now...he still couldn't tell exactly what it was though.
